Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of flowers, refunds are handled strictly and on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

Flowers are damaged upon arrival

A wrong order is delivered due to our error

Claims must be reported immediately upon delivery

Approved refunds are usually full refunds, at our discretion
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Minor variations in flowers or arrangement

Late delivery caused by external factors

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Return Policy

Once flowers are delivered, the sale is considered final
In exceptional cases involving damage or incorrect orders caused by Rose King L.L.C, a replacement or refund may be considered at our discretion, subject to verification.
Cancellation Policy

Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Orders are prepared immediately after confirmation due to time-sensitive floral handling.
